Each Instructor is well trained through the BASI Pilates Education program and is able to provide a high quality of exercise instruction. Our classes come in many varieties and we encourage our clients to try out all different class types to experience the true benefits of the healthy lifestyle that Pilates promotes
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and precise movement to improve posture and body alignment.
Pilates
A group class focused on Pilates mat work and small equipment to build strength, control, and body awareness.
Mat Group Class
A specialised class focusing on releasing and strengthening the body’s fascial network to improve mobility, resilience, and movement efficiency.
Fascia Class
A small group class using a variety of Pilates equipment, offering personalised guidance while enjoying the energy of a group setting.
EquipmentGroup Class
Bounce trampoline classes are high-energy, low-impact workouts that utilise a mini-trampoline to improve cardiovascular fitness, lymphatic drainage, and core strength while being gentle on the joints.
Bound To Bounce
Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates is a specialized exercise program that adapts traditional movements to safely support the body through the physical shifts of pregnancy and the recovery demands of early parenthood.
Prelates - Pre & Post Natal
A one-on-one session fully tailored to your body, goals, and movement needs, using the full range of Pilates equipment.
Individual Class
A shared session for two people, allowing personalised instruction while moving together on Pilates equipment.
Duet Class
A small group of three clients working on Pilates equipment, combining individual attention with a motivating group dynamic.
